Backorders

We strives to fulfill and ship all orders the next business day after being placed, however in rare cases an item(s) from an order may be out of stock. In any event, you will receive an email stating that one or more items from your order is out of stock. You then have the option at any time before shipment to request an exchange or refund on the out of stocked item(s).

Pre-Orders

Blakmarket.net is constantly improving the shopping experience for our customers. In an attempt to get you the product in a timely manner, any item that is a "Pre-Order", will be labeled

(This pre-ordered item ships on...) once you place that item in your cart. Once the item is in stock, the "Pre Ordered" item will be shipped at no extra cost. In the event that you (the consumer) select multiple items along with "Pre-Ordered" items- The "Non Pre-Ordered" items will ship immediately. The "Pre-ordered" Items will ship once it arrives at no extra shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

If you receive a defective item from us, we will replace it, no questions asked, within a month after you have received the item. In any event, please email BlakMarketSales@aol.com.stating which item you have received that is defective and that you are sending it back to us for a replacement. You will need to send the defective item with a piece of paper with your full name, full address, and the name of the item that is defective to:

Once we receive the defective item, we will send you out an exact working replacement the next business day via First Class Mail.

Due to the ease at which media can be duplicated, we can unfortunately not accept returns/exchanges on opened CD Albums and DVD's unless they are defective. We can accept exchanges on unopened CD Albums and DVD's within 2 weeks after purchase as long as they have not been opened and the original shrink wrap is still in place. You will need to send the item along with a piece of paper indicating your name, full address, and the reason for the return/exchange to the address listed above.
